Why did you become a physician/provider?

I was diagnosed at the age of 7, with Type I Diabetes. I want to empower my patients to participate and be a voice in their health care plan.

Professionalism, compassionate and accountable.

Being a health care provider, what drives/motivates you each day?

I love being in a small community making a difference in each of my patient's lives.

What is the most important message you would like to share with your patients? What would you like your patients to know about you?

I believe in individualizing the health care plan with input from the patient and their loved ones.
